Company Policies

When is my payment due? Fees are due in full at registration even upon cancellation, postponement and for all no-shows. However, your company may substitute another employee prior to the start of class at no additional charge. If rescheduling is necessary there is a 25% fee.

How will I be notified of any changes to my scheduled seminar? Our Seminar Coordinator will notify you by e-mail if any changes are made to your scheduled seminar (i.e. change of date, venue, city location, or cancellation).

What else do I need to know? Coffee and light breakfast provided.

Classes times are from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Dress is business casual

 

Discounts Available

Discounts are offered for groups of 5 or more. Group purchases are available for the same class. It is not required that all members attend the same date and location. Members of the group may attend any date and location up to one year after purchase.
