This in-depth 2-day program will give you the skills you need to successful lead a high-performance team. You will learn how to access your team, motivate employees, and fix performance problems. You'll practice using the techniques from the class and apply them to real issues and situations. Whether you're a first-time supervisor or a long-term executive, you'll be prepped with new tools you can use right away.

    7. Analyze and assign proper job responsibilities.  
    8. Learn how to delegate effectively.  
    9. Motivate employees toward improved performance.
    10. Examine successful reward and incentive programs.
    11. Identify the four stages of change and learn how to manage them.
    12. Review the 4 phases of team building.
    13. Assess your team’s level of success.
    14. Communicate high expectations.
    15. Generate trust with employees.
    16. Apply 10 practical coaching techniques.
    17. Use the Cycle of Synergy to develop a cohesive unit.
    18. Assess your team's "Independence Level."
    19. Identify the correct leadership role for developing marquee players.
    20. Complete a case study on how to apply leadership roles.
    21. Logically analyze and correct performance problems.
    22. Address performance problems through performance feedback.
    23. Conduct a skill practice for fixing performance problems
    24. Apply procedures for documenting performance.
    25. Institute long-term performance using the 4 levels of commitment.
