PTR Training

Performance Training Resources (PTR) was founded in 1998 as an on-site only classroom training company. We currently offer over 60 classroom courses on a wide array of leadership and business skills to public and private companies in all industry sectors. We have been listed on the Federal Supply Schedule since 1999.

Over time, PTR has diversified its product offering to include web-based e-learning. With over 180 total course offerings in leadership, business, federal regulations, records and information management, health and safety, maritime security, and general risk management, PTR is now a turnkey solution for many corporate organizations.

Site-Specific Training

PTR offers more than generic training. We have the added capacity for company and site-specific training for both our classroom and e-learning training. For example, company-specific policies and procedures as well as site-specific logos, photographs and graphics may be infused into an off-the-shelf course, thereby eliminating the need for internal and redundant follow-up training.

Consultancy

PTR provides training management and consultancy services. We can conduct employee training needs assessments, map employee development tracks, and coordinate training solutions according to internal training requirements, and provide detailed specifications for the establishment of learning centers and labs.

Learning Management Systems

PTR offers a hosted learning management system (LMS). Now you can author and deliver your own online training, testing and assessment for your company without breaking the bank. We offer affordable learning and content management, event and document management, in interactive knowledge base, and much, much more.
