Overview

This session is designed to:

  1. Introduce participants to our new economy and discuss the changes happening all around us.
  2. Talk about the direction teams need to move if they are wanting to maximize their success.
  3. Highlight the importance of emotional intelligence and motivational leadership in our new economy.

Available Onsite or as a Video Webinar (you see us, we don't see you). Approximately 2 hours in length.
The length & discussion for onsite delivery can be tailored to meet your team's needs and will be based on Window Three's Infused Coaching Program

About

Join Window Three Author, Creator & Producer, Jon Nodine, for the introductory session of the Infused Coaching Program, a yearlong journey based on the ideas of Emotional Intelligence and Motivational Leadership.

As mentioned, this session is the introduction and can serve as a standalone message of emotional intelligence. If you enjoy the session, you may choose to embark on a yearlong journey known as the Infused Coaching Program. Window Three defines emotional intelligence as, a person's ability to understand oneself and others, and to feature this understanding through choices and the use of effective communication.

At Window Three, we are firm believers that life is much longer than it gets credit for. "Life's short, play hard?" We don't subscribe to that quote. Instead, life just seems short because we've stopped paying attention to the details both in our personal lives and our professional careers. We've stopped paying attention to the little bits of emotion that at one time caused us to think and rethink our choices, big or small.

Without a focus on emotion, we are forced to depend upon our habits, behaviors designed to allow us to interact with an environment more efficiently. However, what happens if our environment changes but the habits do not? We are in a changed economy, a new economy. Transparency and technology have given us choices that we once lacked, choices that are being made based on time and emotion. During this session, you will learn how these choices apply to your customers, team members, family, and friends. Emotional intelligence is universal like that.

While we certainly look forward to your commitment, I can't emphasize enough that this program is unlike any other type of professional development. The Infused Coaching Program was not designed to be convenient. It will challenge you and it will change you, if you let it. What you put into this program is exactly what you will get out of it.
