Virtual Classroom (Live) Top Methods to Evaluate Training and Change Effectiveness: Easy, Simply, Effective! Webinar

In this session we'll take a look at ways of putting together a structured, systematic, critical assessment of organizational change, and explore how to build an evaluation plan for either your upcoming training program you are anticipating in your organization or community.

Course Description/Agenda

Determining whether a change initiative "works" or not is trickier than it may seem, as much depends on the standards and criteria that one chooses to use. For example, is success to be measured by goal accomplishment? What about unintended outcomes, side effects, or catalytic effects? In this session we'll take a look at ways of putting together a structured, systematic, critical assessment of organizational change, and explore how to build an evaluation plan for either your upcoming training program you are anticipating in your organization or community.

Why you should attend:

  • One of the hallmarks of any effort to influence organizational change is an intentional plan to assess change effectiveness: How will you assess whether the training you propose will be effective? And that's the singular focus of this webinar!

Areas Covered in the Session:

  • The 4-phase Model of Evaluation
  • The Retrospective Evaluation
  • Formative Evaluations
  • Summative Evaluations
