Webinars > All BUSINESS SKILLS Categories > Conflict/Change Management Webinars Leading Change: Top research, Top Methods, Top Results! WebinarThis webinar will increase the probability of your leading successful change by enhancing tools with theories and research that effectively integrate with practice Course Description/AgendaThis webinar will focus on change management models that work. Many leaders operate from an intuitive base regarding change, without giving adequate consideration to evidence-based practices. Sometimes these leaders are successful in leading change. Many are not! In my own international consulting practice on change management, I have found many leaders quite deficient in understanding how to design, lead, and evaluate change. This webinar will increase the probability of your leading successful change by enhancing tools with theories and research that effectively integrate with practice. When leaders operate from "gut-level" responses alone, there's a greater tendency to breed such developments as a status quo culture, norms insulated from outside criticism, and engagement of the "flavor-of-the-month" club. So, to get outside our own internal trappings, this webinar will expose you to new ways of reflecting about models of change and practice-systems that I hope will both guide you as you navigate organizational changes more effectively.
Why should you Attend:This webinar presents a real hands-on approach to change management. It focuses on evidence-based practices to more successfully lead change with associated tools and resources for critical application to your own organizations. I hope that this focus will stimulate outstanding insights that will transform your perspectives about change management with successful, top results!
