This workshop develops the skills required to deal with all decision-making situations. Processes will be introduced and practiced so that each participant will be prepared to be a more effective and efficient decision-maker. As well, a variety of powerful decision-making tools will be introduced so that participants can choose specific techniques best suited to specific situations.

Deciding On The Best Decision

  • Using an Evaluation Alternative Solution Chart
  • Using a Weighted Criteria Matrix
  • Using a Paired Rating Technique
  • Assessing risk

Contingency Planning � Be Prepared

  • Assess difficulties inherent to the implementation process
  • Analyze why difficulties may arise
  • Develop plans
  • Establish the acceptable minimum effectiveness level
  • Prepare contingency if minimum effectiveness is not reached
