In this course, Avaya IP Office VoiceMail Pro Administrators will learn to manage advanced call flows, covering topics such as Campaign Manager, database actions, Text-to-Speech (TTS), Contact Store, Customer Call Reporter (CCR), and VoiceMail Pro in a Small Community Network (SCN).

This course helps prepare you to write the Avaya Certified Solutions Specialist (ACSS) - Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Communications Exam 3003.3.
