  • Be more persuasive, and connect more quickly with others by understanding and using tools such as neuro-linguistic-programming (N-L-P)
  • Resolve conflict more quickly by understanding other people’s “deal breakers”
  • Eliminate the danger phrases that push other people’s buttons and create problems, and replace them with power phrases

Working with different personality types can be challenging, especially if you have not invested in learning what the different types are, and how they think. Most people have learned to practice the Golden Rule, which is “Treat others as you would like to be treated.” That’s their problem. We shouldn’t be treating others they way WE want to be treated-we should be treating others the way THEY want to be treated. In other words-know the strengths and weaknesses of those around us, and how to speak to the different types in their language. In this seminar you will learn how to form and lead a team more effectively, and also how to be a better team member. You will learn how to work more effectively with those around you; your relationships will be more fruitful and meaningful; you will watch your productivity increase thanks to fewer personality conflicts; and you will be more skilled at discerning who to go to for what.
