Time & Territory Management On-Site Training

This workshop teaches you how to concentrate on goal-setting, focusing tasks on goal-related activities, project management, delegation, and applying proven time management skills to managing their territories.

Course Description/Agenda


Salespeople who would like to increase their sales through better territory management will learn to prioritize tasks and activities, eliminate time wasters, and manage personal and professional time efficiently. Participants will concentrate on goal-setting, focusing tasks on goal-related activities, project management, delegation, and applying proven time management skills to managing their territories. Territory management includes determining priority accounts and using that information to decide who to visit and how often to visit them. Participants use their own customer and territory data to solve their own time and territory management issues.

Objectives
Participants will learn to:
  • Learn to spend more time face to face with customers
  • Plan effectively and organize paper work
  • Gain a balance between professional goals and personal time
  • Use time management tools more effectively
  • Set goals, prioritize them, and determine if activities are goal-directed
  • Apply a critical-path network system to estimate time and activities required for reaching objectives
  • Spend less time putting out fires each day
  • Delegate effectively
