Rather than acting towards longterm goals, they react to external pressures. Employees focus on doing as much as possible, but not on doing the right things that lead them toward personal and corporate goals. This Time Management workshop teaches participants how to reverse this cycle and take control of their time, their work and their life. Through stimulating and interactive participation and analysis of their own data, participants learn a set of tools, which they can apply on a continuing basis.
In this high-powered one-day working session, you will identify and overcome barriers to effective time management. Proven time management and prioritizing skills will help you to concentrate on how much time, energy and resources are needed to accomplish goals.
