Win/Win Negotiations develops the skills participants need to become that negotiator. Whether selling a product or service, allocating resources for a project, funding a new internal initiative, negotiation is inevitably at the center of the process.
In this hands-on, hard-hitting workshop, participants learn how to strengthen their negotiation skills through classroom game sessions, extensive role-play and classroom exercises. Participants receive one-on-one personal feedback that helps improve their ability to communicate and negotiate in complex and difficult negotiation sessions. Students build skills negotiating both individually and as a team.
