  9. Identify the correct leadership role for improved performance.
  10. Complete a case study on how to apply leadership roles.
  11. Logically analyze and correct performance problems.
  12. Address performance problems through performance feedback.
  13. Conduct a skill practice for fixing performance problems.
  14. Apply procedures for documenting performance.
  15. Recognize the most common types of difficult workers.
  16. Conduct a role play for dealing with unacceptable behavior.
