Day One
Day One Morning - It’s all about me!
8:00am – 8:15am	Preview of the day.
8:15am – 10:00am	Understanding and utilizing your natural instincts. Building a team around those natural instincts.
10:00am – 10:15am	Break
10:15am – 12:00pm	Identifying and working within your unique ability. Creating the "Perfect Day" utilizing your unique ability.
12:00pm – 1:15pm	Working lunch Behavioral Selling: Multi-Generational Communication.
1:15pm – 1:30pm	Break

Day One Afternoon - What's In a Plan
1:30pm – 3:00pm	Creating a powerful business plan.
3:00pm – 4:15pm	Designing a marketing plan to support your business plan.
4:15pm – 4:30pm	Break
4:30pm – 6:00pm	Marketing strategies that directly impact business.

Day One Evening
6:30pm – 9:00pm	Evening mixer at a local restaurant: networking, cocktails, and dinner.

Day Two

Day Two Morning - The Impact of Trust
9:00am – 11:30am	The Conversation: Who are we showing up as to our client and prospects? What to look for in the conversation process. What are they really saying? What are you listening for?
11:30am – 11:45am	Break
11:45am – 1:00pm	Working Lunch What’s next in terms of Business Transformation? How to partner with The Cofini Group to do it?

Day Two Afternoon - High Trust Relationships
1:00pm – 1:15pm	Break
1:15pm – 3:00pm	The Relationship: Giving you access to powerful,high‐trust relationships. How to craft a competition‐proof service model? How to clean up your mess?
3:00pm – 4:15pm	The Button: Identifying what it is and knowing when to push it.
4:15pm – 4:45pm	Closing comments and surveys

Included in the course tuition, attendees will be invited to participate in a four (4) week teleconference designed to keep participants on track, in action and continue to reinforce the teachings of the workshop. The teleconference will assist in building a community amongst the participants to help overcome objections, stopping points and obstacles in creating change.
