Effective Meetings 101 On-Site Training

This LIVE, virtual course helps both meeting participants and meeting leaders prepare for and benefit from every required meeting.

Course Description/Agenda

We’ve all been there, too many times. There’s nothing worse than being trapped in a poorly-run or pointless meeting. These ineffective meetings leave employees feeling frustrated, overloaded and confused.

Well-planned, well-run meetings lead to positive results and increased productivity. They allow people to tap into the group’s energy, build on each other’s ideas, spur innovation, enhance strategic thinking and improve decision making. In short, effective meetings are good for business.

This LIVE, virtual course helps both meeting participants and meeting leaders prepare for and benefit from every required meeting. Register today and learn how to make meetings more effective — the ones you’re running and the ones you’re attending — so they’re not a waste of time, for anyone.
