Participants will develop an understanding of how personality preferences link with individual strengths, communication effectiveness, and workplace relationships. The result will enhance competencies of collaboration, adaptability, impact, influence, visionary leadership. Many job-related frustrations and stresses can be traced to discomfort in handling the following types of situations:

Objective

Participants will learn to:

• Identify and understand opposing preferences based on Meyer-Briggs
• Learn about personal preferences and preferences of others
• Appreciate and work with differences

• Defining and determining preferences
• Discovering and exploring individual preferences
• Examining the impact of preference on everyday interactions
• Using Meyers Briggs to build trust
• Linking Meyers Briggs to collaborative relationships and leadership
• Using preferences as a tool to achieve success
• Using your voice to share information, impact and inspire others
• Transcending negativity
• Choosing to be collaborative and adaptable
• Utilizing your natural preferences to make a difference
